The opinion about tattoos is varied, some people have a very high opinion about tattoos and find them to be a way of expression and pieces of art work. Many people appreciate tattoos that much that they maintain them all over their skin, some being so large that they have to be conducted in more than one sitting as they are so detailed.

I don't think that the topic of tattoos can be considered to be 'Bad' behaviour however this is because I think some tattoos can be very beautiful and a clear way of expression, a way of remembering certain occasions and people.

Tattoos are very popular with celebrity's, both Angelina Jolie and David Beckham have tattoos in representation of their children, taking this into consideration tattoos can not be considered to be 'bad' if this is the meaning they hold.

People choose to have tattoos for many different reasons, some choose to have tattoos done as they improve their image and are linked to their sense of style.
